Crypto payment gateway fees compared
Most crypto payment gateways quote one rate for a same-coin payment and a higher one the moment a conversion is involved. MutoPay charges 0.5% per transaction with the conversion included, because conversion is the normal case: customers pay in whatever token they hold, and merchants want stablecoins. Coinbase Commerce charges 1%. BitPay charges 1 to 2% plus $0.25 and settles from custody. NOWPayments charges 0.5% for same-coin payments and 1% once a swap happens. BTCPay Server charges nothing at all, but you host and maintain it yourself and it is Bitcoin-first. Against hosted, multi-chain gateways, 0.5% flat is the lowest all-in rate we know of. And unlike card networks at 1.5 to 3.5%, there are no chargebacks.

Most crypto payment gateways route transactions through centralized exchanges: custodial infrastructure that adds cost and counterparty risk. MutoPay works differently.
DEX-powered routing
Every swap and bridge runs through decentralized exchanges via Li.Fi aggregation. Your transactions execute on-chain through smart contracts, not through a centralized orderbook we control. This means better rates, transparent execution, and no intermediary markup.
Direct to your wallet
Funds settle directly from the DEX to your wallet address. MutoPay never holds, pools, or custodies your money. No withdrawal process, no pending balances, no platform risk. You control your funds from the moment they arrive.
Cross-chain, one fee
Whether your customer pays with ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, TON on Telegram, or USDT on Tron, the fee is always 0.5%. All 10 chains, cross-chain bridges, and multi-hop swaps are included. Most competitors don't cover non-EVM chains at all; we do, at the same flat rate.
On-chain verifiable
Every transaction is visible on the blockchain. You don't need to trust our settlement reports. Verify them directly on any block explorer. Full transparency, by design.

How much does MutoPay cost?
0.5% per completed transaction. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee, no minimum volume and no withdrawal fee. Network gas is paid by the customer as part of their own transaction, not billed to you.
Does the 0.5% include converting the customer’s token?
Yes. The customer can pay in any supported token on any of the 10 supported chains and you still receive your chosen stablecoin at a flat 0.5%. Swaps, cross-chain bridges and multi-hop routes are all included at the same rate.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay 0.5% per completed transaction and DEX rates are passed through at cost. Because settlement goes straight from the DEX to your own wallet, there is no withdrawal step and no withdrawal fee.
How does MutoPay compare with Coinbase Commerce, BitPay and NOWPayments?
Coinbase Commerce charges 1%. BitPay charges 1 to 2% plus $0.25 and settles from custody. NOWPayments charges 0.5% for same-coin payments but 1% once a conversion is involved. MutoPay is 0.5% flat with conversion included, and never holds the funds.
